Fresh and Crisp Asian Salad!

I know this is my second post today, but this salad was too good not to post! I'm on a roll with creative dishes and I ain't st.. st.. stoppin'. We had cukes, carrots, and spring mix laying around in the fridge and some jalepeno chicken sausages and walnuts. So I thought a
salad would be a delicious and a nutritious lunch!

I cut these bad boys up jullien style and chucked them into a bowl.

Then I started making the dressing which is soo easy and so good. Take 2 teaspoons, or a packet of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice or half a lemon, 1 teaspoon honey, one clove of minced garlic, and 1 teaspoon of powdered ginger.

Then you can mix in your salad greens and toss with the Asian dressing you just made!

Oiala! Tasty healthy fresh salad in a jiffy!

I added chicken but this would be tasty with salmon or steak as well, or even just on its own for days. Seriously though I'd eat it everyday. The sweet chili sauce and siracha in the background were just in case the dressing was a bust but I totally didn't need them ;)
